Eithne and her husband Gerry O’Connor were the core of the popular and influential Irish group ‘La Lugh.’ Eithne died in 1999 shortly after recording her debut solo CD ‘Bilingua’ which has just cleared the legal hurdles to be released. It’s quite beautiful, modern and traditional at once.
